These terms apply when you use this website, request a quote, or book a ride with Site2Site Transport Services ("we," "us," or "our") in Memphis, TN and the surrounding area. By submitting a booking request or calling to schedule a ride, you agree to these terms.

About Our Service
Site2Site Transport Services provides private-pay, non-emergency medical transportation: door-to-door ambulatory rides, wait & return service, discharge pickups, and recurring transportation for treatments like dialysis, chemotherapy, and physical therapy. We are a transportation provider, not a medical, insurance, or Medicaid-broker service. Rides are quoted and billed directly by us; we do not process insurance claims on your behalf.
Not Medical Advice
Nothing on this website or communicated by our drivers or dispatchers is medical advice. Our drivers assist with transportation and, when booked for wait & return, with waiting during an appointment — they are not medical professionals and cannot advise on your care. For medical questions, contact your healthcare provider.
Booking, Confirmations & Cancellations
A ride request submitted online is a request, not a confirmed booking, until our team calls or texts to confirm pickup details. Same-day requests are accepted when a vehicle is available but are not guaranteed; submit a ride request for the fastest same-day answer. If you need to cancel or change a booked ride, call (901) 206-3119 as early as possible so we can release the vehicle for another rider.

Payment
Site2Site Transport Services is a private-pay service. Rates are quoted directly by phone or at time of booking and are not published on this website, since pricing depends on distance, mobility needs, and trip type (one-way, round trip, or wait & return). Payment terms are confirmed when your ride is booked.
Vehicle & Driver Standards
Our drivers are CPR, AED, and First-Aid certified and trained for the needs of medical passengers. If you have a concern about a specific ride, email altamesewalls@site2sitetransport.com so we can address it directly.
Website Use
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a quote or contact request, and not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to submit false booking requests. We may decline to schedule a ride at our discretion, including for safety reasons.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Site2Site Transport Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (traffic, weather, facility delays). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under TN law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of TN, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
