Site2Site Transport Services ("we," "us," or "our") provides private-pay non-emergency medical transportation in Memphis, TN and the surrounding area. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, call, text, or book a ride, how we use it, and the choices you have — including how to opt out of text messages.

Information We Collect

When you request a quote, book a ride, or contact us, we collect what you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), pickup and drop-off addresses, appointment date and time, mobility needs, and any notes you add. If you call or text us, we may keep a record of that conversation to confirm and service your ride. We do not collect payment card numbers through this website; rates are quoted and paid directly, by phone or in person.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Confirm, schedule, and dispatch your ride
• Contact you by phone or text about a specific booking — confirmations, driver updates, schedule changes
• Respond to questions submitted through the quote or contact forms
• Maintain accurate records for billing and service quality

We do not use your information for anything beyond running and improving the ride service you asked us for.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you check the text-message consent box on our quote or contact form, or otherwise opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Site2Site Transport Services related to your ride request — confirmations, driver-on-the-way alerts, and scheduling updates. Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out: reply STOP to any text message at any time to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive one final message confirming the opt-out. You can also call (901) 206-3119 and ask us to remove you from text messaging.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messages are used solely to service the ride you requested.

We share your information only as necessary to provide your ride: with the driver and dispatcher assigned to your trip, and with our scheduling/CRM software used to manage bookings. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of a passenger, driver, or the public.

Data Retention & Security

We keep booking and contact records for as long as reasonably needed for scheduling history, billing records, and legal recordkeeping requirements, then delete or archive them. We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect the information you share with us, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

Your Choices & Rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have on file for you, correct inaccurate information, or delete your information (subject to any records we're legally required to keep). You can opt out of text messages at any time as described above; you can also ask to stop receiving calls related to marketing (this does not affect calls needed to confirm an active ride booking).

Cookies & Analytics

This website may use standard, privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site (e.g., which pages are viewed) so we can improve it. These tools do not collect the personal information described above unless you submit it through a form.

Children's Privacy

This website and our services are intended for adults arranging medical transportation for themselves or a family member. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
