Do you accept insurance or Medicaid?
Site2Site is a private-pay service, which keeps scheduling simple and rides reliable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Zelle, and Apple Pay. If your situation calls for an insurance-covered ride instead, send us a message and we'll point you in the right direction.
What does door-to-door service mean?
Your driver doesn't wait at the curb. They meet you at your front door, help you into the vehicle, walk you to the check-in desk at your appointment, and do the same in reverse on the way home.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking as soon as your appointment is scheduled. Same-day requests are accepted when a vehicle is available; call (901) 206-3119 for the fastest answer.
What is "wait & return"?
For appointments like colonoscopies, infusions, or minor procedures, the driver stays on site for the full visit and brings the patient home afterward, rather than dropping off and coming back later.
What kinds of rides do you offer?

Can I set up a recurring ride schedule?
Yes. Dialysis, chemotherapy, and physical therapy patients can set up a standing weekly schedule once, and we handle the recurring bookings from there.

Do you provide rides to dialysis, chemotherapy, or physical therapy?
Yes. These are exactly the kind of standing appointments Site2Site was built around. Set up a recurring schedule once and we handle the weekly bookings from there, with the same driver where possible.
Can I book a ride for a parent or family member?
Yes. Many of our riders are booked by an adult child or caregiver rather than the patient themselves. Just have the rider's pickup details and appointment time ready when you request the ride.
Do you only go to hospitals, or other medical appointments too?
Any medical appointment counts: doctor's offices, dialysis and infusion centers, physical therapy, lab work, specialist visits, and hospital discharges, anywhere in our service area.
What payment methods do you accept?
